About Me – Contact Me
Here I am wanting to blog for a living and I’m dreading having to write my “About Me” page! What gives?
Let’s see…what could you possibly want to know about me? Well, I’m the writer and owner of RamblingSerenity.com and I started this blogging site in March of 2009. I came up with the idea from blogging on myspace, where I got over 4000 blog views from randomly writing about topics of my life and started thinking I could actually make some money doing this…and so the research begun!
The purpose of Rambling Serenity is simple…”whatever goes”! Just like when I blogged on myspace, I simply write about whatever I want to write about and I find that if it’s interesting enough for me to want to write about, there are other people out there who are interested in reading it and providing their two cents!
I try to make it thought provoking and interactive, but seriously, sometimes it’s just what it’s called…rambling!
As far as who I am personally, I’m the oldest of three girls. I grew up around a lot of boys, so I turned out to be more of a country tomboy then a girlie girl (like I’m quick to pick up a worm after a rainstorm and toss it back into the dirt before it fries on the sidewalk).
I graduated from high school in 02 and college in 04 with my Associate’s in Computer Science. And I’ve gone back to work on my Bachelor’s but haven’t finished yet.
I have a lot of interest in life, but I always tend to come full circle around back to computers and/or holistic living. In that area I’ve tried everything from Tai Chi to Belly Dancing and there’s still so much more I wanna do!
I live in VA but I wanna move out of state, preferrably to FL in the next 3 years. No kids…yet; and ultimately I want to be self-employed and extremely happy in life, love and friendships.
